[Again, you have a couple of days until Feb. 10 to write them with any last thoughts on the matter, and I believe they will be making a final decision in about 8 months... of course potentially subject to any new evidence attained in that period. The IBWO story may be a bit of a minefield over that time... wishing Bill Pulliam was around to talk about it with and compare notes, but, like so many that this story has outlived, he's not.]

I got to the IB "party" a bit late to know Bill Pulliam, but I've read on his website. Must've been quite a guy.
I guess I forget that there can now be folks involved in this debate who not only missed Bill Pulliam’s blog posts, but his many contributions to BirdForum back in the day, as well as any occasional backchannel discussions he opened (though he kept a lot ‘close to the vest’); excellent, thoughtful, analytical birder who spoke his mind. (…didn’t always agree with his notions, but always enjoyed his take and approach, and miss his voice on several matters right now.)
